Relationships 101 with Matthew Fray
Two-Day Zoom Event
Night 1: Tues., Dec. 9, 7:30–9:30 p.m. ET
Night 2: Weds., Dec. 10, 7:30–9:30 p.m. ET
** Couples Welcome **
Join author and relationship coach Matthew Fray and other guests for a candid Relationships 101 conversation, designed to shed light on why you might experience frequent conflict or frustrations at home with your relationship partner.
This two-night Zoom event is for everyone – men and women, as well as people in so-called non-traditional relationships. The needed ingredients for relationship success are trust and psychological safety. Everyone deserves that, and everyone can pursue that regardless of the state of, or particular flavor of, relationship someone might be in.
Matthew’s clients tend to benefit from working with him through the lens of eliminating blind spots and developing new mindfulness habits designed to:
Significantly reduce conflict
Stop being defensive (because it’s destroying trust)
Improve communication skills
Matthew Fray is the author of “This is How Your Marriage Ends: A Hopeful Approach to Saving Relationships.” His down-to-earth approach to human relationships and personal reflections on his own marriage and divorce have been featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, The Sunday Times (London), on The Tamron Hall Show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, BBC Radio, and dozens of relationship podcasts. He’s a father to a teenage son, a long-suffering Cleveland sports fan, and a bourbon whiskey collector and enthusiast. He lives near Cleveland, Ohio.
What to expect next: I will email you within 48 hours with the information you’ll need to join the class. Feel free to email me with questions: mf@matthewfray.com
